A Message from our President:

“2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. However, through the bad we have seen stories of courage and sacrifice, of helping others and joining together to weather this storm. There is blessing hidden in every opportunity. Fire Source Media exists to deliver marketing ROI for our clients and also to encourage and help other business owners as they take steps of faith towards their growth goals. It takes great faith to run a business or organization.

We are thankful for each and every client and the growth we have seen this year. Fire Source Media was restarted in July of 2020 after seeing the need for digital development in the wake of COVID-19.

In 2020, Fire Source Media experienced steady growth in our retainer packages and monthly services with significant growth in web development. COVID-19 accelerated the shift to digital and businesses are having to pivot in order to stay relevant, moving to a digital-centric strategy. This means an e-commerce model, one that Fire Source Media can help your business accomplish.

LIV Dentistry

Dr. Clark Steffens has been a client of Fire Source Media since 2012, when he was with FLOSS Dental in Uptown Dallas. When Dr. Clark started his own practice in The Colony, TX, he and his wife Stephanie turned to Fire Source Media to launch their brand. Fire Source Media implemented their logo, branding, website, and social media setup. This year we revamped their site with our Premium Business website upgrade. We also started social media posting assistance for LIV Dentistry. This business has seen tremendous growth with a 21% increase in new site users and a full patient calendar.

Steel Cat Inc

Steel Cat has been a client of Fire Source Media since 2012. Their business has seen tremendous growth over the years. Steel Cat revamped their website this year with our Premium Business website upgrade. With this upgrade came a new premium design along with additional onsite SEO and speed optimization. Steel Cat has seen a 22.9% increase in organic site traffic year-over-year. A leader in central Texas steel fabrication, this improved web presence has set up the company to expand throughout Texas and the southwest region.

Press Waffle Co.

Fire Source Media was honored to add Press Waffle Co., a Shark Tank company, to our client list this year. We have worked with them on SEO strategy as well as monthly social media post management. One of the perks is being able to sample their delicious waffles! Press Waffle Co. continues to grow and expand, opening a new location in The Woodlands, TX, while announcing a new location in Little Rock, AR. We are excited to see their continued growth and are equally excited to partner with them in achieving their goals.

Dangerfox

Probably our biggest client success story this year, Fire Source Media helped Dangerfox relaunch their Shopify store with a new theme, onsite SEO, and a CRO campaign that created a 93% increase in Added to Cart sessions, a 202% increase in Reached Checkout sessions, and a 215% increase in Converted Checkout sessions leading to a 64% increase in sales month-over-month in Q4! We will be releasing a case study of this project in 2021. The client still has the opportunity to double sales in 2021 with continued CRO.

Eagle Cleanup

Eagle Cleanup came to us as an established company needing a brand new web presence. They specialize in construction site cleanup but wanted to pivot into residential cleanup. We created a robust website with onsite SEO and over 40 pages of rich content. Included in the project is implementation of CallRail both on the website and on Google My Business for lead tracking. Eagle Cleanup is continuing with off-site SEO efforts in 2021.

His Grace Productions

His Grace Productions is a video production company based in Waco, TX. Fire Source Media built His Grace Productions a new Premium Business site in 2020, moving them from an under-optimized Squarespace site to WordPress. The client produces cinematic quality video production and has worked with Harp Design Co., from Fixer Upper, along with many other central Texas clients. A great company that now has a web presence to match the quality of their video production.

Abel Speaks

Abel Speaks is a non-profit in Dallas, TX that came to us with a need for a new website. Their previous site, on Squarespace, lacked the professional design and functionality needed in order to scale. We built a Premium Non-Profit site for them including an upgraded store to manage their online sales. Their long term goals include SEO of relevant search terms in order to build and scale their long-term traffic and organic reach.

The Eben Foundation

The Eben Foundation came to Fire Source Media needing a new website for their new foundation. We matched their pitch deck and brand guide to give them a seamless marketing package across all communication pieces. This new non-profit is poised to grow with the addition of a new HubSpot CRM connected to their site, giving them the ability to scale their communications and donor base.

Last but not least, we updated our own website with a focus on SEO in Waco and Austin. In 2020, Fire Source Media has seen a 400% increase in new site users year-over-year with a 229% increase in organic traffic from Google search. We believe in practicing what we preach and will be upgrading our website even further in 2021. This will include a new off-site SEO campaign targeting Waco and Austin with the goal of expanding in Texas and regionally.
