Yes. Hosting and platform upkeep are included in every monthly plan, with no additional hosting charge. Website setup is a separate one-time fee. Each plan covers one website.

Growth AI provides website care, analytics, up to 30 minutes of routine edits, foundational SEO and an automated monthly summary. Pro AI adds one total content deliverable/month, advanced SEO/AEO, Google Business Profile optimization for one eligible location, keyword and competitor tracking, agreed AI visibility monitoring, conversion improvements, local listing consistency, and a detailed monthly report and dashboard.

Routine updates are changes to existing text and images. Growth, Pro and Premier include up to 30 minutes/month; unused time does not roll over. This is separate from new content production, redesigns and new functionality. A custom scope may increase the routine-edit allowance.

One article, one service page or one substantial expansion of an existing page, selected according to the agreed monthly strategy—not one of each. Pro includes one total deliverable/month. Premier starts at two total/month, replacing Pro’s one, not adding to it. Growth’s new content is quoted separately. Timely client input and approval are required where applicable.

No. Starter, Growth and Pro initial builds include up to 5, 10 and 20 pages respectively. New monthly content is separate from those build allowances. Existing content is not removed because a page allowance is reached.

Pro AI includes Google Business Profile optimization for one eligible location; Premier inherits that scope, with additional locations available by custom quote. It is not included in AI Hosting or Growth AI. Directory fees are separate unless expressly included.

Pro and Premier monitor your business’s presence across an agreed set of AI platforms and prompts, reviewing mentions and citations to guide priorities. This is not monitoring every AI answer, complete traffic attribution or guaranteed AI inclusion. AI responses vary over time.

Premier’s agreed starting scope includes a CRM connection and one standard lead-routing workflow, plus AI-assisted follow-up and business workflows scoped to your needs. Initial CRM configuration, custom integration development, advanced automation setup and third-party software may require separate fees. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance cover only the agreed scope; integrations are not unlimited.

Advertising spend, paid software, directory fees and custom integration setup are separate unless expressly included. Premier e-commerce optimization and support are limited to an agreed scope, not complete store management. Full Service Marketing is a separate offer.
