Refund Policy

14-day refund period

Fire Source Media, LLC offers a 14-day refund period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to website builds and to the first payment of a monthly plan.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page with your name, email and order details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
