Plan Details
- Each plan covers one website. Hosting is included; there is no additional hosting charge. Website setup is a separate one-time fee.
- AI Hosting is hosting only: no routine edits, active SEO, reporting or website management.
- Growth, Pro and Premier include up to 30 minutes/month of routine edits to existing text and images; unused allowances do not roll over. A custom scope may increase this allowance.
- One content deliverable is one article, one service page or one substantial expansion of an existing page—not one of each. Pro includes one/month; Premier starts at two total/month, replacing Pro’s one.
- Monthly deliverables follow an agreed strategy and require timely client input and approval where applicable. They are separate from the initial build page allowance. Existing content is never removed because an allowance is reached.
- Larger websites, additional locations, major redesigns, new functionality and custom development require an agreed scope or separate quote.
- Premier includes one standard lead-routing workflow within agreed starting scope. Initial CRM configuration, custom integration development, advanced automation setup and third-party software may require separate fees. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance cover only agreed workflows.
- Advertising spend, paid software, directory fees and custom integration setup are separate unless expressly included. Premier’s starting scope is not unlimited development, complete store management or a full-time account manager.
- Pro and Premier reports cover traffic, tracked inquiries and contact actions, search performance, work completed and next priorities. Phone-link clicks are not completed calls; AI attribution is not comprehensive.
- Rankings, AI citations and lead volume are not guaranteed. Premier’s final scope and pricing are custom-quoted.
